What is a Doula?

Doula originated from the word servant. As a doula we are in service to our client our client's family., and if other siblings are there. Yes, we are a trained professional, but not your medical staff. While we are your support we will never sway you in one way or another. We will give information on both sides of any questions you may have and allow you to make a well-educated decision that works best for you and your family. You are part of the family and have access to me at any time of the day!

My Education and Credentials

I completed course at the International Doula Institute to become a certified doula. Just because I am finished with the classes my learning and education has not stopped. I will continue learning so that I can always present you with the most up to date information possible.

My Services

I offer birth doula services right now. That entails access to me 24/7 I will attend two appointments with you and the full delivery and some postpartum care also

What services do you offer as a Doula?

As your doula you will be able to contact me 24/7 with any questions you may have. Education on the three stages of your pregnacy, breathing excercise, laboring positions, and what options you have as pregnant female.

What qualifications do you have?

I am a certified doula, from the International Doula Institute

What is your philosophy on childbirth?

I believe that childbirth is a natural process and that women have the right to make informed decisions about their care. I strive to provide personalized, evidence-based care that empowers women and their families.

Birth Doula Packages

All package consultation is up to two hours per session.

Once contract is signed and moving forward you will have access to personal phone number as well as business line, and I attend all births. *TENS can be included in pacakage for an extra $100.

One initial face to face prenatal cpmsi;tation, birth plan development, 24/7 access to me at 38 week, one postpartum visit.

Plantnum package

Three initial face to face prenatal cpmsi;tation, birth plan development, 24/7 access to me at 38 week, three postpartum visit. TENS Include in this pacakge
